At Fat Tummy Empanadas, we take freshness and quality very seriously. Our products don’t contain additives or preservatives. We don’t sell frozen empanadas. They are made FRESH every day. They can be stored in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer for 15 days . We kindly ask two or three business days advance notice for catering orders.

We don’t require advance notice for regular size Empanadas but we strongly recommend at least 24-48 hours for large catering orders.
