At Fat Tummy Empanadas, we take freshness and quality very seriously. Our products don’t contain additives or preservatives. We don’t sell frozen empanadas. They are made FRESH every day. They can be stored in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer for 15. We kindly ask two or three business days advance notice for catering orders.

Our BAKE At HOME empanadas are partially baked. You can store them in the refrigerator for 5 days and in the freezer for about 15 days. Whenever you are ready for a quick bite, just pop an empanada in the oven for 8-10 minutes (regular size ) 3- 5 minutes (Minis and sweet ). It’s a convenient way to have fresh from the oven empanadas any
